At Babbeez, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand the importance of getting the right fit and quality, and our Returns & Exchange policy is crafted to offer you a hassle-free experience.


Size Exchange Requests

Need a different size? We’re just a message away!

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via:

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup and ship the new size to you.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll offer you store credit which you can use for any other product on our website.

  • Size exchanges are allowed once per order only.

  • If you request a second exchange, both forward and reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


Please Note: We cannot Accept Exchanges For

  • Color/material not liked by the customer (we advise checking images and descriptions carefully).

  • Minor variations in design or print are caused by manual craftsmanship.

  • Up to 10–12% color differences due to screen resolution are not considered defects.

  • Products that have been washed, worn, or used.

  • Sale items and items from the Sale Store are not eligible for return or exchange.


Return Policy

Returns are only accepted for the following:

  • Wrong size sent

  • Damaged or defective item

  • Wrong product received

How it works:

  • Contact us at support@babbeez.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • We’ll initiate the return process once verified.

  • Refunds are processed as store credit or gift card, valid for 90 days from issue.

  • A nominal operational fee of ₹75 will be deducted from the total amount to cover return logistics.

  • Alternatively, you may ship the product back to us and receive a full refund as store credit.

  • In rare cases where the mistake is on our end (wrong item, size, damage, or late delivery beyond 12 days), we’ll provide a full refund without deductions.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations for both COD and Prepaid orders are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • To cancel, contact us at support@babbeez.com or call 123456789.

  • For prepaid orders canceled after dispatch, ₹150 will be deducted as a shipping charge.

  • If cancellation is made before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
