Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping Charges:

• FREE shipping on all orders above ₹2500.

• A small fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹2500.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

• Pre-order items may take longer, as mentioned during checkout.

Delivery Timeline:

• Products are delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

• If your order includes multiple items, they may be delivered in separate shipments based on availability.

Order Tracking:

• A tracking link will be shared via email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Express Shipping (Prepaid Orders Only):

• We offer express delivery (up to 3 business days) on prepaid orders.

Dispatch Delay Policy:

• If an order cannot be fulfilled within 20 days, it will be canceled, and you’ll be notified via email.

Tampered or Damaged Packages:

• Please do not accept packages that appear tampered with or damaged.

• Immediately email us a photo of the package at support@babbeez.com or call 123456789 for assistance.

International Shipping

Shipping Charges:

• Approx. ₹1600 per kg.

• An additional ₹500 is charged for every extra 2 kg.

Delivery Time:

• Orders are typically delivered within 8–10 business days post-dispatch.

Order Fulfillment:

• In case your order cannot be dispatched within 20 days, it will be canceled with prior notification.

Combined Shipments:

• To minimize international shipping charges, all items in a single order are shipped together.

Tracking:

• Tracking details will be sent via email and SMS within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs & Duties

• All customs duties, taxes, and charges for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

• These charges are not included in the final amount at checkout and cannot be estimated in advance.

• Refusal to pay customs duties will result in order forfeiture; no refunds or reshipment will be made in such cases.

Self-Collection (Pickup Orders)

• For self-pickup requests, please contact us at support@babbeez.com.

• Orders must be collected within 2 working days of confirmation.

• Self-collection is available 1 day after placing the order.

Cancellation Policy

• Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

• In special cases, if Babbeez agrees to cancel the order, a ₹150 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

We reserve the right to cancel orders under circumstances such as:

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect pricing or information

• Bulk quantity misuse or restrictions

If your order is canceled, we’ll notify you and initiate a refund accordingly.

Courier & Delivery Guidelines

• Domestic Delivery Time: 4–6 business days

• International Delivery Time: 8–10 business days
   (Excludes payment verification and weekends/public holidays)

• Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment verification.

• All deliveries are trackable and insured.

• A signature may be required. If undelivered, redelivery will be attempted.
